Fall was tricky this year. I spent most of October trying to figure out which weekend in October was going the be THE weekend with the best fall colors. Who knew it was actually going to be in November? Good news for this family! What a fun session (well, except for a few not-so-fun moments when keys went missing…but then, back to fun!).
I am always so excited when it’s time to visit with this beautiful family again. These girls are so photogenic! It’s hard to believe that last time I saw little Cece was at her newborn session and now I can barely keep up with her! Norah was just a doll to photograph as usual, but definitely starting to look more like a “big girl” than the tiny little girl I first met a few years ago. They really do grow up so fast. I’m so glad I have had the privilege to capture these moments and stages so they will always be remembered.
I was so lucky to get to photograph these 4 beautiful girls (both two legged and four). This pretty mommy and daughter’s love for each other (and their puppy dogs) was obvious and I’m so glad I was able to capture this moment in time for them. Mamas…they grow up so fast. Cherish every moment.
Didn’t realize just how far behind I was on blogging until I was going through this families photos and remembered how hot it was on this day. Now that I am finally getting a chance to post it, I am sitting here in a hoodie! It was a lot of fun capturing some family portraits for this blended family and of course some “parent shots” too.
I’m so glad I got to meet this lovely family for their session. It was hot, but with all of the rain we have had this year we can hardly complain about a sunny day. As always with family sessions…had to sneak in a few shots of just mom and dad. Seems like once the kids come into the picture, those don’t happen to often.
