Lexington, MO Engagement Photography: Ashley and Nick

During my consultation with this lovely couple, I was explaining how an engagement session was included with each wedding package so we started discussing plans for their engagement session. Ashley said “well, my parents own an apple orchard, could we do it there?”. Ummmm…YES! Keep in mind this was at the peak of apple season and basically is like winning the session location lottery for photographers! As I was driving there to meet them for their session I started to notice rows of neatly lined trees flowing over hills nearby. But how could that be? My GPS said I was still a mile away? Once I arrived and realized that this was not tiny orchard but rather a huge breathtaking piece of land with apple trees as far as the eye could see and hills overlooking the beauty of it all. Between the amazing location and this beautiful couple, my job was not only pretty easy, but so much fun! AND they sent me home with the biggest juciest and sweetest apples I have ever had! Can’t wait for this wedding next spring!
