Sometimes I use props in sessions because they help tell a story or achieve a certain look or feeling. Sometimes I use them because they keep the model happy. The balls used in this session were a little bit of both because this cutie loved playing with balls. When I first started photography, most of my sessions were babies and kids with a few family sessions here and there. Eventually things shifted and the family sessions increased but Weddings and High School Seniors became my specialty too. I don’t get to hang out with one year olds near as often as I used to so it’s always fun when I do!
