There are a lot of photographers out there! I’m sure it can be overwhelming when you decide to schedule a session for your family. I have a few families who I have been working with since the beginning and I am so honored that they keep choosing me to capture all of their memories and milestones. It has also made me realize that there is real value in creating a relationship with your family photographer. This session was with one of those families. I know their story and how important the people in it are. I was there for their engagement session, maternity sessions, newborn photos, countless family and extended family sessions, holidays and kiddos milestones. I know the value of every session and memory for them. I’m sure it can be tempting to look for the “best deal” when it’s time for new photos for your family, but if you have used a photographer that you loved in the past, I highly encourage you to stick with them (yes, even if it’s not me). 😉
On another note…how gorgeous is the fall family session? The weather, location, pretty light and lovely family were a dream come true and I’m so happy I was able to capture another year of family photos for them!
